Chef Shuchis Profile

Food has been an important part of Shuchi’s life (who is also known as Iffat) from an early age. She began cooking and catering professionally in her 20s. More than two decades later her passion for food and preparing delicious, healthy and authentic meals has only increased. Her catering business is based on the love she maintains for good food and great service that she offers to her customers.

It should be noted that Shuchi has roots in the Mughal culture of South Asia (the imperial power in the Indian subcontinent from about 1526 to 1757). And many of her dishes are from the traditional Mughlai cuisine (a “Mughal” style of cooking).

Shuchi caters for all kinds of events, including office parties, birthdays, anniversaries and weddings in Sydney, Australia. She comfortably supplies food for gatherings of 20 to up to 300 people.
